Modular Accounting System enables any individual, known or unknown with accounting to easily manage multiple activities concurrently while maintaining society accounts.

SOCIETY MAINTENANCE BILL

Maintenance Charges Bills on regular periodical basis or for specific purpose / Debit / Credit Notes can be generated with ease. Interest and / Penalty can be charged for delayed payment .Rebate can be given for prompt payment, as per regulations lay down by the Society.

Statutory Registers & Documents

Members can generate various forms for transfer of shares, leave and license applications, application for residency proofs, No Objection Certificate etc and submit to the Admin. Depending upon the request, the requisite forms are displayed for input data, and can be generated with ease.

Manage Meetings

Members with appropriate authority have access to this feature to manage all kinds of society meetings. They can easily generate meeting notice, agenda, minutes of the meeting, note the attendances and more online.

MANAGE TASK

In order to help the society run smoothly and efficiently, activities of staff are monitored in a systematic manner; tasks for same can be posted by Admin. Tasks can be preset and same can be posted through the system.

Manage Members Complaint

Registered members can post complaints online through an integrated complaint module - Help Desk which will help society members in an enhanced way. SMS updates can be sent directly through mobile.

Statutory Registers

To make it more feasible for the Admin, all the Statutory Registers are maintained online and are automatically updated as and when a new entry is made.

FACILITY MANAGEMENT

Health Club, Swimming Pool, Play Equipments, Sports facilities like Tennis Court, Badminton Courts, Party Halls etc. are some facilities which society complex may have. Facilities may be used free of charge, but some may be used on payment, either on advance booking basis or on pay and use basis. The charges also can be different for the members, tenants and outsiders. The module provides a detailed Management option.
